Whether it’s two walkie-talkies communicating over a short distance or a two hundred unit, multi-channel wide-area system we have the equipment available for short and long term hire. We also have a full range of accessories, from simple earpieces to noise cancelling headsets, allowing the equipment to be used privately or in high noise environments. Our hire fleet also includes complimentary products such as megaphones and hand-held metal detectors.

For events where there are several groups of organisers and participants we work closely with the regulatory body to co-ordinate the use of hire channels to ensure that the individual systems do not interfere with each other and we also have our own exclusive channels available for use with our hire equipment.

Two-Way Radio Contract Hire

As well as selling two-way radios from the major manufacturers we also offer a contract hire option for all models. New equipment is supplied on a 36 month contract for a monthly rental charge with all servicing included. At the end of 36 months you have the option to terminate the hire, continue with the hire, replace the equipment on a new 36 month contract, or purchase the equipment for a nominal sum equivalent to 0.25% of the RRP.

The price for contract hire is all inclusive and consists of:

•    New equipment supplied on a 36 month hire with an option to purchase the equipment at contract end for a nominal amount.

•    Replacement batteries as required on hand-portable radios.
•    Guaranteed service turnaround with loan units.
•    Collection and return of faulty units.
•    Annual radio licence issued by Ofcom can be included for a small additional cost (if required).

How much?

Monthly contract hire rates start from £12.50 per radio per month depending on the product hired.

The Small Print

• Prices quoted are per unit per month for 36 months and exclude vat.
• First three months payable in advance followed by 11 quarterly payments by direct debit.
• Early termination fees will be charged.
• Lost or written off radios will be charged for at full RRP.

What’s Excluded

• Repairs arising from misuse or abuse.
• Installation of base or vehicle radios.
• Owing to their relative low cost, accessories.
